If Aajonus Vonderplanitz wrote the textbook, Goatis is the one who put raw meat in front of a generation that gets its nutrition advice from a vertical video feed. His channel, @GoatisReviews, has built a following of more than 192,000 subscribers around one core idea: raw meat, and a hard rejection of veganism.

Founding the movement

Goatis describes himself as having founded the modern raw-meat movement — and, alongside it, the anti-vegan movement — back in 2016. Nearly a decade and over a thousand videos later, he's still one of the most recognizable faces in the space, regularly reacting to the TikTok clips that get made about him.

Why it's landing on TikTok

Raw meat content is built for short-form video: it's visual, it's polarizing, and it forces a reaction. Clips of raw steak, raw liver, and raw egg yolks get pulled out of long-form YouTube videos and turned into TikToks constantly — which is exactly the loop PrimalMail is built to ride. We cover the ideas; TikTok is where people find us.

Every viral raw-meat TikTok is downstream of the same argument Vonderplanitz made decades earlier — it's just moving faster now.

Where PrimalMail fits in

This newsletter isn't Goatis's newsletter — it's ours, built for people who see a raw-meat clip on their feed, get curious, and want the longer version: the history, the reasoning, and the next thing to actually try. If that's you, the sign-up is at the bottom of this page.
